Welcome to Advanced Microsoft Excel. This rigorous, project-based course is designed to bridge the gap between foundational spreadsheet knowledge and professional-level data analytics. Building upon basic formulas and cell referencing, this curriculum systematically introduces learners to the most potent features of Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365). The course is structured into twelve comprehensive modules, beginning with an in-depth exploration of the advanced interface and culminating in a final capstone project that synthesizes all acquired skills. Throughout this program, students will engage with real-world business scenarios, learning to employ advanced logical functions (IFS, SWITCH, Boolean logic) to automate decision-making and dynamic lookup functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) to navigate and retrieve data from complex databases. We will progress into high-level data visualization using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and professional Dashboarding principles, ensuring you can communicate insights effectively. A significant portion of the course is dedicated to predictive analysis using Financial and Statistical functions, as well as automation—teaching you to harness the power of Macros and VBA to streamline workflows.
